The worse PI i've stayed in over the last few weeks (this is number 6). Very smelly room and a wet patch on the carpet. Reception gave us towels but this didn't soak it up. Needs a good make over! Sea view was lovely and despite the bust road the windows were double glazed and provided enough sound proofing.

We have stayed at this hotel before but this time we were left very disappointed. We arrived early as we were due to meet friends at 1600 nearby. Check-in was at 1500 but when we tried to. check in we were told the room was not ready. At 3.25, having chased up the availability we were told it was ready, which gave us enough time to dump our overnight case and try to arrange a taxi. We noticed on entering the room that the bed looked like it had been sat on!! Also, our view was of scaffolding outside and the window was absolutely filthy with cement splodges! We tried to order a taxi via the (handy!) QR code in Reception but due to a lack of signal this didn’t work. Luckily, Keith on Reception was really helpful and arranged one for us. When we arrived back at the hotel at 2230 we noticed The bathroom wall was damp and needed redecorating The taps on the bath/shower had been given a cursory wipe but there was a brown streak behind the taps We couldn’t open the window as the handle was missing The t.v. worked but didn’t have any sound The kettle leaked from the bottom, spilling water everywhere There was a big light attached to the scaffolding which was on all night and shone through the curtains On the positive side, the breakfast was nice and the staff (especially Keith) were pleasant.

We booked a triple standard room, which turned out to be at the back of the hotel (no sea view). Our room wasn’t ready at 3pm. The bathroom stank of damp mould, and this persisted throughout our two night stay. The window ledge had mould all along it. The air conditioner/heating didn’t work. There was no extractor fan to the bathroom. One of our party got bitten in the first night. These factors must have been known when presenting the room key to us. Room 215. Needs an upgrade before it is offered again, imho.

The room was nice for a family of 3, with good space. It was clean and had all facilities needed. It is in a good location with beach just over the road. The room was quiet overnight, so we could get a decent night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at worthing, All staff were amazing, Keith from the start to finish was amazng! night staff so helpful with my son who became unwell. Holly was great in the morning. Nothing too much for them. No problems with underground parking, plenty of spaces although is quite small, breakfast & Dinner lovely, great sea view room- only downside I would have liked the option to be able to open a window esp as my son was sick and air was needed. Air-con worked well although noisy. Will definitely stay again :)

Like one of the previous reviews there was black mould in the bathroom. The extractor fan didn’t work. The room smelt stale. There was bits of crumbs and dirt seeming like it hadn’t been wiped over. Splattered coffee and scuff marks on the wall. I contacted them and noone ever replied. I have stayed at other premier inns and they were great so thought it would be a basic, comfortable stay. But it was awful. Because the room felt grottyi wasn’t comfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.

Late booking on a trip to the south coast. Hotel was okay for a nights stay. Typical Premier Inn. Bedroom okay, bathroom also okay but with shower over bath, shower curtain, big step up to get into bath, I'm 6ft tall and it seemed a large step even for me, Lounge / dining area basic with no bar as a focal point, you could still buy drinks but it seemed something was missing. Parking underground. Breakfast okay. Easy to find, right on the seafront.

I have complained but have to wait 30 days for a response. I booked three rooms. One of the rooms smelt so bad of mould and the sheets were damp. The light switch was on the floor with a hole in the wall. The second room didn't have hot water, had to get the boiler re-set and then wait to shower. Even then the shower was only just warm enough to shower in. The third room on the second morning, when the water was hot enough to shower, (a) the shower was a trickle and (b) the water was hot but the tap was stuck so couldn't turn the temperature down so could not shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and cannot be faulted but the hotel was very poor. And for £180 per room for the stay this is not good enough. I have been waiting nearly two weeks now for a response to my complaint so hopefully will receive a response within the next two weeks
