1 - the bed was a French bed and not a double from 1.81m to 3m as indicated in the reservation.
2 - there is no hairdryer in the room as indicated in the booking
3 - access without stairs indicated but to take the lift you have to go up one floor of stairs.
4 - they had written to me that they would have sent the pin code to enter the apartment at night and they didn't send it despite having asked for it several times via email and text message.

3 - the shower didn't work well and sprayed water from above the cubicle door flooding the bathroom.

9 - to justify themselves they said that we were wrong to book through Trip but that we should have done it through Booking… absurd!
10 - the worst overnight stay I've had in many years of traveling all over the world!!!
