服務：半天不退房 房間還有用過的毛巾，紙巾沒有拍到圖片  洗衣服用不了 空調也是壞的 我訂的單間大房間 結果給我一個兩張床的小房間
打電話聯繫他，讓他換房，他説沒有了 我提前一天就預訂的 結果給我拿了個最低二樓

春節入住，性價比高，密碼鎖，房間有一次性洗漱用品，衞生還OK，陽台外面就是海，可以看日出，這裏去網紅打卡點不眠灣也很近。

這個價格還要什麼自行車，性價比極其高，老闆娘很熱情，有種賓至如歸的感覺。體驗非常棒，第二次來了。

訂了幾間，房子全安排在不同樓層，可能國慶人多吧。房子沒什麼裝修可言，畢竟這個價位能接受，有要求的人不太適合，都是可以看海的。有一間房間馬桶堵塞的，但是很快有人來處理，還有被套不乾淨，還能看到血跡。還有入住登記，衹有兩個人。服務一點都不好，兩個人都不知道在忙啥，等了10分鐘才辦理，一邊辦理還一邊處理售後。感覺不受尊重。

酒店服務，服務員態度相當差，還有就是進門的時候給人的感覺相當恐怖，門非常舊，看上去有點像鬼片裏面的情景，以後絕對不會再住了，過來鼎龍灣旅遊的朋友，千萬不要選擇海金公寓酒店，設施非常老舊，還有就是存在欺騙顧客，貨不對板，最另人討厭的就是酒店的服務和服務員的態度，

春節出遊，房間的性價比沒得説，簡單的硬件設施匹配便宜的房費。服務態度就不太不友好了，大年初一想續房，去了門店前台兩次都沒有營業，打電話聯繫，客客氣氣説新年好，電話那頭不耐煩地喊你有話就説，聽到是續房，態度好了一點，收完房費後，就沒有然後了，房間密碼那些需要再一次去到門店前台核實。有其他的選擇還是選擇其他的吧，畢竟出門就是買個開心！
