前台的阿姨服務態度極差，要求更換房間，心不甘情不願，嘰嘰嘎嘎叫個不停，而且説什麼網上預訂的沒有飲用水送，衹有現場訂房才有飲用水送，登記耗時太長，對業務流程很不熟悉，從一進門就沒招呼過客人，感覺欠她好多錢似的
