Response from Property: Dear customer, we are very sorry that there are fewer staff during the Spring Festival, which has affected your stay experience to a certain extent. During the Spring Festival, the hotel gave you a free parking voucher (OTA shows that it is charged). I wonder if you noticed it? If you are staying for two days and have no special request, the hotel will change the bed sheets and quilt covers every other day by default. The bed is not made because of consideration for the privacy of the guests. There may be personal items such as underwear and pajamas on the bed. On that day, the staff replenished the facial towels, toothbrushes, and paper towels, but did not take away your old facial towels and toothbrushes. The whole pack of tissue paper was indeed not put in the tissue box for you, but placed on the counter at the entrance. That evening, you informed the front desk and the staff brought you tissues again. The rattan chairs on the balconies of some rooms have aged due to sunlight, and some of the plastic parts have aged and broken.
