I had originally given the hotel a very positive review of its service, but on the first day, the soundproofing was so poor that I could hear other people talking and laughing. People in the next room and upstairs were constantly talking, disturbing my rest. Then, I suddenly discovered bugs and cockroaches on the floor, and then I found a large cockroach on the table. Also, when I checked out, I found my lock was open. Luckily, I locked it every day. The next room was fine, so why was my key broken?
