首先訂的是有窗的房間，給的確是一個無窗的房間，發現後跟前台説，前台説沒看清楚訂單，換了一個有窗的房間。其次，有窗的房間又給的是一個空調壞了的房間，進去幾小時空調不制熱，服務員再請師傅來修，師傅説這個房間空調就是壞的，也就是説前台明知道這個房間空調是壞的，但還是給了客人。再次第二天早上無熱水。差評！
