但是，隔音太太太差，隔壁吵到凌晨三點聽得明明白白
衞生間洗手枱也是破破爛爛縫縫補補

6月10號15點辦的入住，去房間衞生沒打掃完讓我們換隔壁，我們進房間放了一個手提袋就下樓去前台換房卡，15點零8分離開酒店打車去醫院，夜晚11點10分左右回到酒店，手機準備放床頭充電，發現牀頭櫃下方有個用完的避孕套，立即給前台打電話反應，前台説讓保安過來把它弄走，我説這麼噁心我們不放心住，前台説要不叫保潔阿姨重新來打掃衞生，問需要多長時間，對方不予回覆，後來説給我換房間，而且衹有雙床房價格和我們預訂的大床房價格一樣，因為時間太晚我們就同意了，他説讓我們直接去新換的房間，進門我一看沒有窗户，價格比我定的大床房便宜，我打電話前台他非説他們價格是一樣，當時我們就不同意，他還説我們不該入住放行李的時的時候沒有給他反應，然後我們要求退房，重新預訂，退完訂單問及按金，前台説房間不住按金不退，衹有重新預訂房間，退房時才可以退，什麼霸王條款？房間過濾式消防自救呼吸器過期，以上種種，令人氣奮

這裏服務態度極差，酒店也不是免費停車，停車超過24小時就要掏錢，而且沒有提前告知，我們因為行程原因不得已續住了一個小時的房間，房費也掏了，開車走的時候保安跟我們説要掏停車費，我們不交錢就不讓走，回去找前台，前台説提前交代過他們這裏從來不免費停車，搞笑呢，他們可以調動監控調動錄音，看他們説過沒，不是説錢多少的事而是他們這是在坑人，訂房頁面顯示免費停車其實根本不是，停車費還貴，還有就是服務員態度也極差，這裏少枕頭少牙具，體驗感很差，希望大家避雷，這裏就是坑！
