The location is superb. SKP shopping mall is the opposite. Room facilities are superb and comfortable.

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that.
When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained.
I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room! Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

It is best hotel in Wuhan. Superior service and attention to all requests. We all enjoy stay in this hotel. My kid liked massage chair very much. Nice swimming pool and great staff on executive lounge. Special warm thanks to Alice and Katya.

Just stay one night but feel very comfortable.The massage chair is marvelous, also the electric toilet seat.
All the staff are kindly and friendly. The location is opposite of Han Street, with lots of stores and restaurants.
