整體還可以吧，就是晚上有點吵，洗手間稍微小了一點，服務挺好的，建議浴室增加洗澡用的涼拖鞋，大唐的按摩椅是免費的，玩累了可以掃碼按一下，這個不錯

一進房間就有拖把那種濃濃的陰臭味，淋浴間地面水還沒幹，窗户開關一開始還關不上，要不是我自己有力氣，這窗户晚上還得開着。住的那幾天上午我們出去玩，掛在房門上的立即打掃跟沒用沒啥區別，下午回來還沒打掃，更離譜的是，我訂的是25㎡的大床房，我敢肯定那個房間沒有25平方米，小的離譜。燈線還漏在外面，安全隱患大得很。

設施：還不錯，該有的都有，窗簾也很遮光，隔音稍差點但也問題不大。洗衣機烘乾機使用方便，衹是不知為啥，給我洗丟了一衹小孩的襪子😂😂
衞生：整體還行。地板有點不夠乾淨，然後淋浴房的花灑是松的，有很明顯的銹跡。馬桶圈也有污垢，我們自己燙了下，再套了馬桶圈。
環境：位置很好，去漢江路還有古德寺都很方便，旁邊也有超市和很多吃的。
服務：挺好，就是入住的時候等候了將近四十分鐘，説是剛退房還沒打掃出來，前台態度是挺好的。另外，其他有需求響應都很及時。

房間的佈置更是讓人眼前一亮，整潔乾淨是第一印象。床鋪柔軟舒適，床墊的軟硬度恰到好處，躺在上面就像被雲朵包裹一樣，每晚都能擁有高質量的睡眠。床上用品一客一換，潔白無異味，細節之處盡顯品質。房間的採光也很好，大大的落地窗，拉開窗簾，陽光便能灑滿整個房間，心情都跟着明媚起來。同時，隔音效果超讚，即使酒店位於繁華地段，關上門窗後，外面的喧囂便被隔絕在外，絲毫不會影響休息。

酒店人員的服務意識比較差，我們同事幾個人同時定了幾間房，結果前台沒有一一對應入住，造成間夜和積分都沒有，問了前台人員至今也沒有答覆。

前台服務態度很好，還借了雨傘給客人，也可以寄放東西。但是入住體驗不好的地方如下：1️⃣房卡出問題，不能刷，來回換了兩次才正常使用2️⃣房內廊燈和另一個燈是壞的，開關無反應3️⃣入住時衞生捲紙雖然是新的但是是濕的4️⃣房門反鎖使用不了（雖然不反鎖外頭也打不開）
