The linens were a bit old and unthreaded, and the towels had small yellow spots when they were not used; 3. The paper towels in the room were not full, and they were empty before they were used; 4. I consulted the front desk at 9pm and needed two bottles of water and some free cookies from the lobby. The water was delivered, and the cookies were promised to be brought later, but they were gone; 5. During breakfast, I didn't eat much because I was not very hungry, but I wanted to pack some food to eat when I was hungry, but was ignored by two on-site staff; 6. The breakfast ingredients are not rich enough, the overall quality of the service staff is not too high, and their awareness and work response need to be improved; 7. The hygiene of the food delivery robot box is not good.

The room is simple and comfortable. The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. There is enough drinking water in the room. If you don't have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the front desk to pack it. Because the game is in the evening, I asked for a late check-out and the front desk agreed. They also gave me a refrigerator magnet from Wuhan. It is a very good and cost-effective hotel

The hotel service is super good, the breakfast is very rich, and it takes 10 minutes by taxi to the big shopping mall. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good.
