Feels like everything’s all right, but as a returned customer, especially I made like 7 bookings within a month, allowing me for late check out could be an attractive reason for me to continue book here, however the front desk’s attitude make me feel a bit uncomfortable. I understand there’s checkout policy but I was allowed to stay by 4 before and being told not anymore is still disappointing. I might consider choose other locations next time.

Out goto-Hotel every year for our annual Wuhan family visit trip. They have cozy rooms, a gym, 4 washing machines and most importantly: a really nice choice of cozy beds in all forms and sizes. Definitely a recommendation!

Good experience, the rooms are very clean and well taken care of, the staff are friendly and inviting. The cleaner is thorough with her cleaning. It's also in a convenient location.

the hotel was cozy, and clean. the service was good, and hotel was located in walking distance from the metro station. its super close to the city center, but still convenient for most locations

This was my third stay at Kamil and l think the hotel standards have dropped. The room was not clean all compared to the previous stays l had. There was rust and stains on the floor. Also the bathroom glass had some gross stains. Its a nice hotel but they should address these issues.
