Super friendly front desk crew, very chatty and fun. I really loved the robot with the cute colors. The gym machine needs to be repaired a little. Breakfast soup noodles by auntie was fantastic. The aircon at level 8 really needs to be turned on during summer... It's too hot. This hotel was really nice to stay at. Would definitely come again.

Near the metro station, clean, room was spacious. However the bathroom has smoke smell, probably from the vents.

來武漢玩一天，選了很久定了這個酒店離地鐵站也近，去武漢站地鐵坐幾個站就到了。房間很明亮乾淨～空間很大，設備也是挺新的，前台服務也很好，非常nice！

該酒店人員對待住户極不負責，我於10月20日入住酒店，當時車輛按酒店前台人員指引停入門口停車場，22日退房時發現車輛被剮蹭，車衣受損，在剛開始讓酒店配合調取監控時酒店百般推脱，直到報警後按警察要求才提供視頻。期間一直裝作對我車輛被撞毫不知情，直到交警把肇事司機找來才得知當時視頻裏指揮倒車的人員就是酒店保安，保安親眼目睹了整起事件的經過但卻當沒發生一樣採取隱瞞事實不告知酒店住户，這種服務態度實在讓人寒心
