Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

The room has a beautiful river view. All photos were taken in the room. You don't need to go out to see the river view. It is the only river beach room on the Yangtze River. It has a private river beach and a unique location. It is close to Qingchuan Pavilion, next to Yingwuzhou, behind Guishan and Guqintai, and across the river in front is the Yellow Crane Tower, which captures all the poems of Cui Hao. Go downstairs to the river beach and cross the river for 3 minutes, and you will reach the Yellow Crane Tower. The dishes are also first-class, the glutinous rice cake fish is delicious, and special thanks to Miss Yang Ling in the restaurant and Miss Tu Wenwen at the front desk, who made me feel at home.

My family’s stay at the Hilton Wuhan Riverside hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff, from receptionist, to aiyi’s, to the servers at breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept; the temperature of the room was ok and could be adjusted; the breakfast had an ok selection. I would come here again with my family.

I stayed at the Westin on a business trip. The front desk lady Abby checked me in very quickly and spoke very gently. She was very considerate and prepared fruits for me when I checked in at night. The room was also very clean. The room was facing the street and it was not noisy at night! It was so comfortable～～～～

After checking out from Wangjiawan Yujinxiang Hotel, I have to give a big thumbs up. The hotel's decoration is stylish, modern, vibrant and grand. The guest room is spotlessly clean and the bed is so comfortable that lying on it feels like being surrounded by clouds. The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete. The gym on the fifth floor is fully equipped with equipment, the laundry room also has self-service washing machines and dryers, and there is also a leisure area that provides afternoon tea. The service staff is enthusiastic and proactive, and the check-in procedure at the front desk is efficient and fast. The hotel's dining is also amazing, with fresh and delicious dishes. The time spent here was very pleasant. Both the hardware and software of the hotel met my ideal. I will stay in this hotel again next time if I have the chance. Among the many hotel experiences, the front desk service is undoubtedly the most impressive to me. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted by the spacious, bright space and warm atmosphere. The front desk staff are like the hotel's ambassadors. They are neatly dressed, energetic, and have sincere smiles on their faces. The check-in process was incredibly fast, the staff was very skilled and explained every step clearly to me without any delay. Moreover, they would proactively ask about my needs, whether I wanted a quieter room or a room with a better view. Their meticulous care made me feel warm inside. While I was waiting, the concierge at the front desk came over to ask if I needed help with my luggage and thoughtfully handed me a cup of fragrant welcome tea. At that moment, the fatigue from the journey seemed to dissipate a lot. When I was interested in the surrounding tourist attractions and food, the front desk staff turned into little travel experts, took out a map and marked out in detail all the places worth visiting for me. They also gave me a lot of practical suggestions, such as which restaurant has the most authentic specialties and the best time to visit each attraction. Checking out was also efficient and convenient. The staff quickly checked the room and asked me about my accommodation experience after completing the formalities. They also welcomed me to come back next time. The entire front desk service was full of enthusiasm, professionalism and thoughtfulness from beginning to end, making me feel at home. If I have the opportunity to come to this city again, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation, because the excellent front desk service here has become the biggest motivation for me to visit again.

The luckiest thing about this trip was choosing this hotel. The front desk staff, Xiao Huang, was incredibly helpful and quickly checked me in. The room was meticulously appointed with skin-friendly bedding, a thoughtful night light by the bed, and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The experience was truly amazing. Best of all, they had a delivery robot, so I could have my food delivered right to my door without having to go downstairs. It was incredibly convenient for someone like me who's too lazy to move after a day of sightseeing.

I took my children to Wuhan for summer vacation. Initially, I was worried about the old look of the hotel, which opened in 2016. But upon checking in at the InterContinental Wuhan, I realized my concerns were unnecessary. Our one-day stay was truly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located on the Yangtze River, and rooms with river views offer stunning views from the window, which are especially captivating at night when illuminated. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a blend of modern minimalist decor with Chinese elements. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can choose a latex pillow, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk was efficient, and the handsome White staff member was warm and courteous, proactively explaining the amenities. Seeing we were traveling with our 12-year-old, they offered a complimentary breakfast for one of our children. The InterContinental room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and the Byredo toiletries were fragrant. The refrigerator contained four complimentary cans of drinks. Dinner was served in the hotel's Chinese restaurant, offering stunning river views. Watching the sunset was truly relaxing. Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including authentic Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and tofu skin. The beef noodles and pancakes are must-try! We drove here from Changsha. At night, we were within walking distance of Jiangtan Park and a 20-yuan taxi ride to Yellow Crane Tower. Other core business districts are also easily accessible. Free parking is available at the entrance, making it convenient and fast. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, with quality evident in every detail. The established five-star InterContinental Hotel will not disappoint.

The space is OK, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene needs to be improved (details); the subway station is not as close as described, but it is not far away. If the distance is not far, it is also convenient to take a taxi; the surrounding facilities are relatively mature, and there is a snack street behind that has breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks. Disadvantages: Members usually get a free room upgrade and breakfast, this is the only time I streaked...

This time I stayed at Kyriad Wuhan Wangjiawan Sixin Avenue Subway Station. The experience was directly full and I must praise it! The location is really a plus. It is a few steps away from the Sixin Avenue subway station. Whether it is going to the Wangjiawan business district or running to other places in the city, the trip is super worry-free and too friendly for passengers dragging their luggage. The design style of the hotel is very distinctive, the lobby is bright and atmospheric, the layout of the room is also comfortable, clean and tidy is the basic operation, the bedding is particularly practical, the night is quiet and not noisy, and it is not disturbed by the outside world. The front desk service is very efficient, check-in and check-out are very fast, the staff is warm, there are questions and answers, and the details are very intimate. The breakfast is rich enough, hot dishes, porridge, bread and fruit are all, the taste is homely and delicious, and the food is very comfortable. The overall price/performance ratio has nothing to say. Next time I come to Wuhan, I will definitely choose this one. I recommend it to friends in need ～.
