The waiter has low emotional intelligence and lacks basic etiquette:    Service staff lacks service awareness and empathy. As a service industry practitioner, the basic etiquette should be ”guest first”, or at least help in parallel with the guests. He walks in front and lets the guests with luggage follow behind, which is a very indifferent and unprofessional performance.    Disrespected, felt despised, and very angry in my heart.

Pet-friendly hotel We drove with two big dogs and chose this hotel when we passed by Wuhan Deposit 200, cleaning fee 50. The deposit was refunded very quickly. The hotel is very close to the Yuejiazui subway station. The rooms are spacious, with convenient separate wet and dry areas. The 1.35-meter twin beds can accommodate a family of three. The breakfast is varied and the front desk service is friendly. Drone rentals are available.

Thanks to the staff for arranging my 2 booked rooms next to each other. Construction for the new metro line is at the doorstep of the hotel; seems like work continues at night, but it was not loud (i was on 8th floor) and i could sleep well. Good location, with metro transfer location nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Will be great if the hotel had a table lamp for night use.

My overall stay was very pleasant. While the hotel is a bit older, the service was absolutely outstanding. From the proactive contact to confirm our needs before check-in, to the follow-up after we checked out, every staff member I encountered – from the front desk to housekeeping – demonstrated an excellent service mindset.
