入住前一天就接到酒店電話，告知附近修路並主動提出升級江景房。
入住順利，設施齊全，還送了酒店的甜餅乾和水果，服務人員都非常友好。出門就有小公園。
自助餐還不錯，但補餐不太及時。
總體感覺不錯，還會再來。

房間的景觀很不錯就在江邊，如果江景房能看到長江，工作人員很很貼心，入住就送曲奇餅，晚上還送了一大盤迎賓水果，完全吃不完,酒店早餐的質量非常不錯可選種類也多，咖啡也好喝，會考慮有機會再入住。 就是感覺空調不能調節控制在26度對於怕熱的人來説有點不太舒服。

入住希爾頓，從到店到離店全是糟心事！停車區域毫無指引，繞了好幾圈碰到一個工作人員好心幫助才勉強停下；剛到前台，就被告知酒店外部正在裝修，前台説就算升級房型，噪音也無法避免，市政工程也是可以理解的，但是前台還説 “不接受可以換酒店”，甚至聲稱預訂界面有提示 —— 可我和老婆反覆查找，連半個相關提示都沒看到！當時已凌晨 12 點多，孩子累得直犯困，我們衹能無奈接受所謂的 “升級調整” 方案。
拖着行李、拎着孩子好不容易到了房間，直接被眼前的景象驚呆了：這竟是間故障房！半夜空調開着，室內温度依舊偏熱，房間裏還放着個大型風扇，對着床呼呼直吹，根本沒法好好休息。酒店工作人員竟然回答 “這是升級的景觀房，太陽西曬所以降不了温”！當時可是夜裡麪12點多，沒辦法衹能再次下樓投訴，結果換的新房間，居然在工地正正上方，工地現場一覽無遺！！真是又氣又無奈。孩子實在熬不住鬧着要睡，我們衹能硬着頭皮住下；好在第二天沒有什麼太大噪音。
第二天早上 9 點去吃早餐，更是刷新認知：餐枱空盪盪的，像早就到了收餐時間，食物少得可憐。跟工作人員反映後，等了三十四分鐘也沒人添餐，直到一位穿西裝的人（不知是不是酒店高管）進來用餐，才有人開始陸續補食物。更坑的是泳池，和宣傳照片完全不符，泳道又小又窄，還對外營業有教練教學，管理混亂不説，安全係數也特別低。
真的想不通，這樣問題百出的酒店，怎麼會有 4.7 分的評價？這絕對是我旅行中最差的一次住宿體驗，真心勸大家別踩坑！
