房間挺好的，大又乾淨，智能小杜隨叫隨應，智能馬桶電加熱，在房間還能看到方特的煙花秀，酒店服務人員服務好，訂的時候沒有早餐，住的時候有早餐，也給我加了早餐，還給我延遲到兩點退房，樓下就是商業街，吃飯很方便，總之很推薦這家酒店

帶娃親子出行。房間乾淨寬敞，設施很新，智能馬桶、電動窗簾等。酒店服務也挺友好的。就是房間內的夜燈設計有點雞肋，睡眠質量差的人晚上睡覺感覺太亮了，最後衹能拿椅子擋住光源。這次訂的房間不帶早餐，但是酒店樓下吃的東西很多，特別是湯包店，好評，湯包很好吃。酒店周邊也很繁華，應有盡有。地理位置也不錯，離方特樂園很近。

酒店前台小王美女超級温柔，非常熱情，很好耐心。酒店地段很好，離蕪湖站，方特都是10分鐘的距離，早餐也超級好吃，品種很豐富，手工餛飩超讚。酒店樓下有個網紅小吃街都是好吃的，非常方便。房間衞生不錯，細節做的很到位，床睡的很舒服，五星好評👍👍👍

前台服務很滿意，還給小朋友送了兩份一次性用品，房間設施也齊全，寬敞，衞生也很乾凈，房間智能控制，要求住的高層，隔音效果也挺好，外景視野開闊，距離方特也比較近，不足的就是房間的沙發上有很多污漬，酒店早餐不是很豐盛，餐廳偏小，位置也不夠，早上就餐幾乎都找不到位置坐，希望酒店可以完善一下

出差時對於酒店的寬容度非常高，衹要滿足乾淨安靜兩個要求都可以，但是這家酒店真的讓人很無奈，一晚上換了4間房，最後前台説：先生要不我給你退款。os：凌晨一點你退房叫我去哪住？
第一間房：淋浴房下水堵的，不下水，一翻身床非常響！
更換的第二間房：空調聲音巨大！
第三間房：阿姨打掃的跟沒打掃的一樣，上一個客人用過的牙膏蓋、頭髮、紙屑都在地上；
第四間房：床還是很響！一翻身就好響！睡覺輕的千萬不能睡這個床！當然，沒有一間衞生條件如意的，希望加以改正。但是要給不辭辛苦的保安大叔點贊！

各方面都很棒，房間衞生乾淨，還比較大。所有設備看上去都比較新，沒有異味。樓下就是商業街，超級方便。馬路對面就是中央公園，環境非常棒，特別適合城市慢跑。
