進入大廳前台都沒人在，也不放電話號碼，後面到招牌那裡才找到電話號碼。上樓後一進房間就一股很大的黴味。我定的是有窗户的房間，老闆拿了個沒窗户的暗房給我，我跑下前台去想找老闆換個有窗户的可到前台又找不到人了。真的是無語，房間衞生也搞得不乾淨，服務態度又不好，定的房型沒給我，簡直沒一點好的，直接差評。以後再也不到他家定房了，望盆友們也不要來了

提前預訂好普通雙人間，甚至因為確定會晚上11-12點才到，所以在攜程上寫清楚了到店時間23點，酒店也提前確認訂單平台顯示會保留房間。結果到了之後，店家以先到先得房間為由，要求我們升級為豪華雙人間，並且補差價，態度很惡劣，表示不怕平台投訴，網上歸網上，就得按照線下情況來，那你不按照網上規則來，你開什麼網上訂房服務？不保留房還理直氣壯的，還説不升級補差價就別住。更別説村裡110一間普通雙人間還不是旺季就是為了衞生，你想多賺點，也拜託你豪華雙人間高級點，就多扇窗而已你好意思説豪華？床睡着癢得不行，地板和衞生間衞生也一般是豪華？既然你表示不怕網上投訴，那這服務態度大家還是謹慎着來吧，不顧名譽的商家，就祈禱沒啥事咯，有事也不會幫忙處理就是的了🙃
