1、毛巾大概用了5年以上，破爛不堪。2、洗手盆好小。3、熱水器不行。4、洗手間天花板脱皮。5、床頭異常老舊，破爛不堪。6、還是毛巾掉紗，毛邊了。7、不是落地窗！放個破電視在中間煞風景，誰他媽現在還看電視！8、沒有提供地巾！9、房間沒有一次性拖鞋。10、隔音不好，旁邊房間關個門就像自己房間關門。 第一次認真評價。垃圾！

酒店很舒適，人少衞生好，觀景房太美了，早上看日出拍大片。就是吃飯沒地方，衹能在酒店25層，價格有點貴，服務是沒的説，停車場大，空氣好得很，作為一個交通中間站太適合了，建議團觀景房，物超所值啊！對面就是西海

位置: 酒店位置好找，在武寧新區，靠近遇見武寧表演，步行8分鐘 性價比: 價格十分實惠，能看到這樣的美景，而且酒店房間很大，堪比在外面的三四百元酒店 服務: 服務還是很客氣的，在第一個房間有點問題，也馬上幫我們換了另外一個房間

這個價格在武寧新城區真的沒有，他們服務也很熱情，窗户外面的風景也很漂亮，特別是夜景。下次來這邊還是選擇維爾納，衹要到西海廬山來玩，我一定會選擇下高速直接到維也納酒店， 房間乾淨衞生。

房間可以看到江景還不錯，酒店比較老，浴巾還是2020年5月生產，旁邊已經脱線。淋浴頭比較臟，樓上餐廳的員工和送布草的跟酒店的電梯同一個，電梯煙味比較重，還會經常看到在電梯裏面抽煙的。樓層大姐不錯，續住衞生做的很好。可能是酒店比較老，距離新維也納3好缺少洗衣機，比較可惜！
