點的子母房，房間大，空調好，早餐不錯，有簸箕板吃，餐廳高級。就是熱水要等很久，希望酒店可以安裝熱水回水管。
重要的是離坤山温泉近，還可以泡免費的温泉。

昨天晚上入住客房，有別人內褲，酒店總經理已道歉，並送水果。
但今天晚上入住體驗很不爽，衹可增房型加錢，不可減房型退款。
霸王條款，黑惡勢力。

在武平這個地方，這個價位的酒店就衹有芳園最新，但是怎麼説呢？每次都給我一種不像連鎖酒店的感覺。不管是人員專業性還是各種小的細節，都像是普通的私人小酒店，沒有一套執行標準。
很不滿意的一點是熱水，每次都要等很久。

我昨天入住芳園春天酒店對他們的印象比較差，酒店的地方比較偏僻，到縣中心有一段距離，這不是重點也算了。重點是：下單訂兩間所謂是精品房，房間空間還可以的，平台説可以使用積分，酒店送水果，結果使用了積分，酒店沒有水果送，我諮詢前天靚仔，靚仔還沒有反應回答我的問題的時候，旁邊一個胖胖的大叔馬上問我那間房間，我告訴他是603和607兩間，當時那個胖胖的大叔語氣、態度非常不好，跟我説我們的是特價房，沒有水果送。但是下單的時候根本沒有這樣寫着是特價房，所以這件事情對這家酒店的誠若和態度我表示非常不滿意。
更加氣憤的是酒店的衞生問題，前一天客人住過的杯子沒有清洗就放在房間裏，看見都很噁心，不敢碰。另外，早餐比較單調，非常一般般，任意讓客人抽煙，搞到我們一邊吃早餐一邊吸別人的二手煙。沒有禁止抽煙的提示。

酒店位置稍微有點偏，環境還可以，周邊有小溪步行棧道，停車場車位也多，房間夠大，衞生間乾濕分離都有，就是熱水有點像是太陽能的放了很久還是不熱，浪費水，還是用電加熱的靠譜，早餐品種可以，人員態度也很好。

提一點意見吧，關於洗澡水的問題，可能是管道設計不合理的原因，熱水需要放水20分鐘左右才能洗。因為不知道這個問題，通常我們進浴室稍微有點温水就會先打濕身體，於是這麼冷的天氣站在那邊裏等着熱水來，等了十分鐘打電話給前台，前台表示再放一會兒水就可以，繼續等。。。
這樣價格的酒店實在不應該！洗澡水這麼小的事都做不好
