Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Chongqing Wushan County Municipal Plaza)

My husband and I like to choose suites when traveling. This hotel is very cost-effective and is located in the center with many restaurants nearby. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the suite face the river, and the community downstairs is quiet. The hotel has a sense of design, the overall layout of the rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is large. The room is quite warm. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it tastes good, is clean, and the noodles are delicious. I was hesitant about the Hilton at first, but then I chose this hotel. When I passed the Hilton, there was construction on the side of the road, and the Jiangbian Night Market downstairs looked quite noisy. I was thinking carefully about coming to Wushan soon.

A very new hotel, the room facilities are smart, convenient and easy to use. The location is very good, it should be in the center of Wushan City, and it is convenient to travel. The river view is beautiful and the breakfast is great! The Rainbow Butler at the front desk was beautiful, gentle and considerate. She called us in advance on the day of check-in. After check-in, she took the trouble to introduce us to local food and entertainment. It made us feel very comfortable. We didn't want to leave and decided to continue our stay. Ha ha. I will stay here again next time I come! ! !

I rarely give negative reviews, but I have to say this this time: First let me comment on the front desk of the hotel. I booked a room and went to check in. They told me that they did not see my reservation. They asked me three times for the name of the person who made the reservation. Finally, I asked which platform I booked through. I said Ctrip.com. I also showed the order to the lady at the front desk, but it still wasn’t there. It turned out that they came and placed the order themselves without making a reservation~ 2. I said not to look at the elevator or the road, and I was given a room that was still being cleaned. When I went upstairs and saw my aunt was still there, I asked the aunt next to me if the cleaning was not done well. She said that it was done. I was about to go in, but the housekeeping staff was probably still talking about why there were so many hairs, so I was about to change rooms. The aunt at the beginning said it was ready, so I went again, and the aunt in the room came out. 3. When I entered the room, the floor was covered with water, the quilt in the room was covered with hair, and the cup was filled with water. What I couldn’t accept was that there was hair left by the previous guest on the toilet. Because I had to have a meeting, I left these The photos were immediately sent to Ctrip customers. I said I needed to make a complaint, but Ctrip contacted the hotel and no one from the hotel took care of it. I went downstairs and went to the front desk to ask for alcohol and put it in the room for disinfection at night, but the front desk said there wasn't any. Well, if there wasn't any, I thought I'd buy it myself. 4. If you go to eat before 9 o'clock in the morning, you will basically have a lot of meals gone, and you will only have a small noodle and some fruit. 5. Until I left the hotel, no one from the hotel came to ask about my situation, let alone apologize~ and they made various excuses to shirk responsibility. How do you rate this hotel at 4.8? 裝修很不錯，空調是語音控制的，看評論時還有點擔心，沒想到酒店新安裝了空調面板，值得點贊，認真聽取建議的酒店很不錯，希望繼續堅持下去，房間衞生打掃的非常乾淨，新開業的酒店，設施很新，也沒有什麼異味，酒店工作人員很禮貌熱情，出入看到都會問好，辦入住前台伊芙和雪山 熱情周到推薦 有耐心還送了一份伴手禮，房間裏面床品超級舒服，7樓餐廳看日出最好，附近吃飯的地方很多，負一樓就是停車場，停車非常方便，推薦推薦[強]

我真的很少給好評。但這家必須點贊一下！首先首席管家Jade的專業素養，和服務態度真的沒的説，特別的優秀！其次環境非常非常的乾淨，整潔！房屋空間也足夠大！能看到江邊的風景！！全屋設備也都是智能的！早餐更是沒得説！是本次出行最種草的一個酒店！！以後再來還會繼續入住😄

酒店房間的佈局很好，衞生打掃得很乾凈，床上用品乾淨有一股清香，前台和打掃衞生的阿姨很有禮貌，房間隔音也很好，晚上睡得很香。
