酒店前台服務特別好，我住了兩次，第一次去給前台説了房間衞生不能出問題，前台説不會，結果我去房間有些不乾淨然後保潔重新打掃了，第二次去我又説這事，前台説給你再查一下房間有問題給你打掃，我同意了，我上去了開了房間門一進去房間裏呢種裝修的味道，我有鼻炎所以太難受了，給保潔説房間有裝修的味道然後有一個保潔給我説（很囂張，無禮貌）的大聲説：酒店已經一年了哪來的味道，讓我説有，她説沒有你鼻子壞了？ 瓦特？當時我很生氣，不過沒説她什麼，什麼鼻子壞了，不過她一直説叨叨叨的，還有説：！你來住的還是檢查房間的衞生？什麼意思，我來你們酒店花錢住的不是免費的，我是消費者我是客人，你們保潔沒有培訓麼？你們覺得保潔打掃房間就行了？不用知道該知道的禮儀，禮貌，？太可笑了，結果保潔罵我，然後咱們吵起來了，我有心臟病，我不能生氣不能激動結果這些都有了，我難受不説什麼給他們説叫你們客房經理過來，結果她們沒有客房經理，有個整個酒店負責人，後面把他叫上來了，不過這負責人也沒啥道歉個解決問題的態度還給我説（這麼點小事）你説我是你們酒店客人，客人被你們酒店員工受委屈了，你説這小事？我真服了，然後這負責人就這麼説就不見了，然後我跟攜程客服聯繫了，他們説跟酒店聯繫再給我回電話，攜程回電話了説：酒店很保護這位（保潔阿姨）他們眼裡沒有這客人，對他們來説這位保潔阿姨很重，對她也辛苦我知道，不過我受委屈了誰知道，後面前台姑娘給我道歉，把呢個保潔給我道歉然後，保潔阿姨上來了説（對不起，她這態度沒啥道歉的樣子就像她沒錯，錯是來這酒店我這客人的，）後面呢我被她氣壞了去醫院，很久美好起來，出院回家以後也是好難受，每天疼（被這位保潔氣壞了，還被罵了，）酒店前台服務一直挺好，我希望你們把幾個客房員工安排個培訓，謝謝你們，辛苦了
