Convenient location with a good environment. The room is a bit small, and the shower is tiny, which needs improvement. It's suitable for a first-time stay, though some street-facing rooms can be noisy. Breakfast is decent.

The location is great, right next to the bus station. The conditions are decent; it's a step below brand-name hotels but much better than a typical B&B. The room isn't big, and the bathroom is very small. The inward-opening door makes it quite inconvenient to enter, so I hope they can improve that. The service was very enthusiastic, and they gave good recommendations.

The room was fantastic! The front desk service was excellent and very attentive. They patiently explained everything and even helped me with my luggage. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to go anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

A colleague recommended this hotel to me, saying it was close to the bus station, so I initially booked for 2 nights. However, I was very disappointed. Besides the convenient location, everything else was a letdown. I booked a family room, but it was really just the size of a standard room, as shown in the first picture taken from the doorway. The room was so small it was hard to move around. It's very close to the road and noisy, and there's no air conditioning. It was hot during the day, and at night, with the windows closed, it was stuffy and hot. We brought older children to Wutaishan, and the bathroom design was really impractical. Booking a family room was less ideal than booking two standard rooms. The bed was close to the sink, and there was a slight odor. We couldn't stand it after one night and checked out early.

Newly renovated in 2024. Very good, and you can control the curtains with the smart speaker. Excellent location, very close to Shuxiang Temple and many restaurants.

This is arguably the best hotel in Wutaishan. It's incredibly clean, the environment is excellent, and the service is top-notch. It's located right inside the Wutaishan scenic area, and there's a bus stop just outside, which is super convenient.

Traveling to Wutai Mountain with my parents this time, I chose the Yunlong Hotel. It's incredibly close to key temples like Shuxiang Temple, making getting around extremely convenient. Both the rooms and service were excellent, but the breakfast truly stood out – it was exquisite and delicious.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the bus stop, and the room was decent too. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with very fresh fruit, and the restaurant staff were attentive. However, the entire hotel's value is completely dragged down by the front desk staff! From check-in to check-out, they were utterly indifferent. They barely responded to any questions, never offered help proactively, and were just stiff and rigid! It's as if they were put to work without any training whatsoever – absolutely terrible! The front desk staff are the core reception for the entire hotel and represent its service, yet this is precisely where a huge problem lies! What a real shame!

The room was very clean. Given the limited facilities up on the mountain, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to make things convenient for us. This trip to Shanxi was truly heartwarming.
