房間和床鋪都比較大，可以看到山景，停車方便；
餐廳出品不錯，早餐豐富；
房間關了空調，但還是很熱，不知道是不是開了地暖，晚上熱醒：（

設施：不要再被其他酒店民宿等競爭對手説棲賢閣老舊就相信了。佔地400畝的園林式酒店，客房保養得相當好，硬件很好，布草也是全部換新了，十分不錯。
衞生：很乾凈，布草床上用品都很新。
環境：在景區內，核心地區，去哪都方便，晚上吃飯散步也很方便。
服務：服務很好

這次去有一些小插曲，客房部的工作人員很認真負責幫我們解決了問題。房間前兩晚住的確實有點糟心，好在第三晚還是不錯的，不過我們約了法會，早上5點就退房了。這幾年衹要去五台山就一直住這兒，雖然有瑕疵，不管怎麼説和其他酒店相比，還是很有優勢的。尤其是中餐廳的飯菜水準很高，點過的菜沒有踩過雷，道道都很好吃。早餐在大山裡的五星酒店種類算是多的了，就是我家娃超過身高了每次都要補交108，但實際上孩子年齡不大早餐衹能吃的下小半碗蛋炒飯和一根腸，趕上有一天是黑乎乎的炒飯（不知道什麼名字）味道一言難盡，連兩口都沒吃下去，衹喝了一碗白粥。對於孩子的早飯量，108算是天價了。另外，早餐一直沒有豆漿，對於不愛喝牛奶或是喝牛奶會腸胃不適的小朋友是個問題，咖啡茶葉喝不了，熱飲就衹能喝白開水。早餐對於我家來講，有點雞肋有點浪費。總之這次3天的入住，客房部的積極對應值得肯定，和前幾次來住相比，雖有遺憾但瑕不掩瑜吧。明年再來五台山依然還會選擇棲賢閣入住，望酒店加強前台工作人員的業務能力管理，在有選擇的情況下，根據客人的切實需求安排合理位置的房間。

作為政要接待迎賓館 整體建築風格輝煌大氣 內部有山有水風光不錯； 早餐的刀削麪非常好吃；雖然房間設施有些老舊 但還算乾淨整潔 內部維護要好好做

酒店不錯，就在景區內。酒店房間很大，很寬敞，也很乾凈，衞生間也很乾凈，總體來説房間很滿意。酒店的早餐種類不算太多，但是挺有山西特色的，有專門做的山西刀削麪，味道不錯。

很中肯的評價一下，這次入住體驗太差了，開窗睡覺晚上12點多大人孩子都熱醒了，室內温度達到30.5度，8月中旬給了2床冬天棉被更加熱，到前台問説中央空調噪音太大影響顧客休息已經關閉了總開關不能用，要麼給個電風扇可也解決不了温度問題，前台幫聯繫幾個經理，每個都在推脱找藉口，半夜12點在前台站到12點50聽幾個經理電話裏各種藉口推脱，好容易一個邢經理電話裏説可以開了讓回去等，也相信了經理的話回去等到2點多空調也沒給開，後面要了2個夏被，等了30分鐘分2次送到也是服了，折騰到凌晨四點多困急了才睡着，真的太熱了。關鍵去年住過體驗感還行的，這次又過來住，不知道是管理層換了還是入住率低了服務質量下降了太多。工作人員比較少，早餐非常一般，要個東西都要等，冰箱也不好用，景區裏這個價位也不算便宜，前台説不帶星的賓館卻收了星級酒店的價格，如果實在要住建議儘量選擇樓層低靠山的房間，晚上開窗涼快些，頂樓靠路邊儘量不要選了，這兩天温度高沒空調真的太熱了，以上都是真實體驗供參考吧

優點：
1.最值得誇獎，也是最最最驚艷的，就是5號樓一層的餐廳！無論是晚餐的點餐還是早餐，都非常滿意！
2.位置好，在景區裏面，靠近中心區，出了酒店就是美食城，餐飲，購物，各種民宿一應俱全
3.交通方便，臨近公交站，去哪個景點都方便
缺點：
裝修比較舊了，最主要的問題是衞生間的淋浴房膠條老化，洗澡時水會漏出來，搞得外面的地面也濕濕的，容易滑倒。
