My wife and me stayed there for 5 nights in Oct/Nov 2025. The location is good and away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities. It’s in a quiet location and you can do your hikes up to 凤林禅寺, one of the rare few operating monastery with quietness and serenity in the area. The staff there are friendly, welcoming and professional. Room was cleaned thoroughly and the snacks in the room replenished daily. Their vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner is simply awesome. I look forward to it everyday. The chef 赵师傅 is a master in creating delicious vegetarian meals. The other staff worth mentioning are 茵茵,阿文,宝珠and小王. The only thing they can improve on is to consider installing a self-service laundry room with a dryer.
Will return if I’m visiting 五台山again.

一次偶然的機會到五台山，正值五一假期，查看了很多民宿，最後選了聽山。出發前就加了微信，到達已是晚上八點多了。大管家茵茵無論你什麼你什麼時候有需要，都會很及時的給你回覆。一路上從晚餐時間到進山需要，路程的情況，都説的清晰明瞭，讓人很安心。到了住處後更是歡喜，整個民宿空間很美很安靜，工作人員都很好，有問必答。我們前後住了兩個房型，每個都很有自己的特色，但是後面的“別院”房型更是舒適，特別是忽然降温把壁爐打開，一家喝茶聊天，看遠山很舒適！除此以外，房間的蘋果真的很好吃、很甜！紅茶也非常好喝！回家後，父親説下次，他們也要去

房間配置齊全，洗手間獨立分區非常合理實用，各種小細節服務到位，民宿工作人員周到熱情温暖，特別好。
民宿提供的三餐素食，清爽好吃每天都不願意在外面吃飯，住三天吃足三天，滿意的體驗，健康飲食，沒事在茶室喝茶聊天，温暖的氛圍，愉悦的心情…

朋友推薦的聽山，空間設計比較有靈性，最關鍵的是服務一流，無論是管家還是裏面的小弟小妹，每個人身上都有一種特有的氣質和這個空間相融合，讓客人感覺到非常的舒服賓至如歸。期待二次裝修後房間能設定個冰箱。下次還會再來。素齋做得非常好，尤其小米粥一流。
