Puhui Manor is a very basic hotel. It's actually a restaurant with rooms. We were given a room on the first floor, which is the ground floor, actually. It was right next to the kitchen, with all the noise and smells this entails. The room was very damp and had terrible ventilation. The window overlooked a very narrow street and had views of other restaurants' kitchens. We could hear the wok cooking in the kitchen across the street if we opened the window. Zero privacy, zero comfort, zero service. To top it off, the bed was extremely hard and the pillows were too small.

老闆態度極差，還説“愛住不住”，要不是大晚上的外面還下着雪，真不會住
（我們是一行四個人，定這房詳情頁寫的是3人間，但是是大通鋪，我們當時擔心不可以入住四個人，特意打電話提前問了一下，是老闆娘接的電話，明確説四個人可以，能給加床被子。我們第二天中午到了房間，櫃子裏確實有一床被子，我們收拾完就出去逛了，但是等晚上回來的時候櫃子裏的被就不見了，很無語，也慶幸房間沒放貴重東西。然後下去想着去要一床被，老闆説話很難聽“本來就是三人間，不能加被什麼的……100多塊錢這麼便宜，愛住不住”，當時就火了！最後是老闆娘説給加一個怎麼著的。普惠山莊能勸退一個勸一個，還一個，説地下和鋪都有地暖，實際都冷得很，不知道是開得低還是根本沒開，都沒有體温熱，晚上尤其到後半夜會冷
最後是菜價和菜量，加兩筷子就沒有那種，一碗米飯5塊，也就相當於一次性餐具小碗壓實的一平碗，但是景區貴是正常
普惠山莊體驗感真的極差👎我們每年都會去五台山，100多一間的300多一間的我們都訂過，真沒見過這種

我是圖便宜訂的這個房間，真的是一分錢一分貨。
連招牌都沒有，找了半天沒找到，打電話才找到，我都懷疑資質是不是正規了。住了兩天基本沒有熱水，跟老闆反映了，也沒解決，衹會説別的房間都有，就我那間沒有，説的好像我在挑刺一樣。最主要的是一次性拖鞋千萬別沾水，不然在地上踩比滑冰場還滑。差點給我老婆摔了。我們是來拜佛的本來不想評論，多一事不如少一事，但是真的想給後來者提個醒，小心滑倒。
