這是一家我不得不豎起大拇指的酒店。
首先，酒店的設施很乾凈齊全，設計得也非常人性化。床非常舒適、是我喜歡的類型。房間空間也很大，備有多個嶄新衣架、有外窗、陽光充足，可以洗衣服晾曬。房間裏備用太多細節做得很好，一次性毛巾、一次性坐墊紙、針線包、擦鞋布、棉簽等等，抽紙的質量也很不錯。淋浴間頂部有大的頂噴，滿足了住宿人對潔凈淋浴噴頭的需求。
其次，整個酒店文化能深深地感受出“以人為本”的理念，從進門前就有服務員開始熱心接待，搬行李、可以説酒店遇到的每個工作人員，包括房間保潔、餐廳工作人員在內都是笑臉相迎接、目送到離開才會繼續做自己的事情而且每個人都會貼心滿足客户各種需求。每個笑容都真誠樸實。此外，有幸遇到酒店的老闆在剪盆栽，發現是個特別熱心樸實純樸的人，同樣非常細心熱心地講解該如何在武威玩，晚上去哪裡吃，那一刻也明白了為何酒店服務如此之好。
第三，早餐特別地美味可口，有兩個涼菜、兩個熱菜、花生米、兩種粥、薯片、豆漿，饅頭、畫卷～餐廳陽光和煦，安靜地吃個早餐很享受。
一家酒店的服務之好足以讓人對武威、武威人留下美好的印象～祝越來越好！

酒店給預留了車位，可以免費停車，雖然沒有電梯，但是服務員很熱情，會安排提箱子上去，走的時候也會幫忙把箱子提下樓，還幫我們擦了車玻璃。洗澡水不錯，房間也挺乾淨的，馬路對面就有早餐店，品種豐富。

工作人員服務熱情，態度很好。酒店離雷台漢文化博物館步行幾百米，離南城門樓一帶的步行街、明清街夜市、文廟、西夏博物館以及武威市博物館或走路或打車都不遠。就餐、購物、出行便利，四通八達。

超級棒，所有的工作人員都很親切，父母吃不了辣，早餐特意給單獨留了不辣的菜。晚上還送了稀飯和饃饃，前台客房服務真的很親切，房間也很寬敞。很棒的一家酒店。沒來得及拍照。以後有機會去還會選擇入住。祝生意興隆
