該賓館設施較陳舊，屋內空間狹小。賓館位置還可以，但離廣場較近，比較嘈雜影響睡眠，很早就被吵醒。服務較差，有急事打前台電話，長時間沒人接聽，實在沒辦法的，建議找12345熱線，武威市的管理部門還是非常負責的。
如果想體驗這家賓館的，建議衹訂一天，否則感覺不好要退房，即使沒到第二天入住時間，也會被扣費的。

房間空間不大，衞生真的真的很一般，如果對衞生條件要求比較高的住户來説不知道能不能將就。24小時熱水是沒有問題，但是衹能維持10分鐘左右，10分鐘以後水温迅速下降，要等20分鐘左右水温才能慢慢上來。

相當於北方地縣級的家庭賓（旅）館，衞生尚可，有電梯，室內設施基本齊全，衞生紙、牙具等檔次稍低，對價格敏感對環境衞生要求不是特別高的可以湊合一下。

吵的要死，需要安靜的千萬別訂，窗户外面就是喇叭，中午下午都會連續播放廣告，外面的一層玻璃是爛的，晚上風很大，退房的中午不知道提醒，退房的時候説退遲了要扣錢，中午好像嘴讓糊住了説不了話

酒店環境還行，隔音不好，窗簾後面有別人吃的外賣盒，衞生間裏地上的煙灰也沒打掃乾淨，建議大家謹慎選擇。
