房間設施比較新，位置也清凈，床鋪也很舒服，設施也齊全，工作人員服務到位，但是衞生還需要改進，地毯還有頭髮。

服務和硬件都很贊，性價比很高。武威博物館的人工講解很專業，音調聲色堪比專業播音主持。武威騰格裏沙漠也不用像敦煌那樣排長隊等候，隨到隨騎。因為對涼州城的喜歡，特意多續住了一晚！青甘環線特別喜歡的一座城，以後有機會還會來。

滿意的地方：1交通方便，入住辦理快捷。2房間格局很合理，也很乾凈。
不滿意的地方：1馬桶間的門條做成了衹能往裡推的形式，但門把手寫着拉。往裡推，門碰到馬桶，需要側身進入，我身型小都覺得擠。建議改一改門條走向。2空調開了兩小時，越來越熱，遂致電前台，前台態度聽着蠻好的（但沒有任何歉意，此處意指不專業的對外服務態度，首先致歉，再共情，繼而提出解決方案），告訴我這季節（9月22日）早晚涼，酒店不提供冷氣，建議我開窗即可。兩扇窗開，外面聲音吵鬧傳入，而且即使過了一晚，也絲毫感受不了冷風，睡的很悶熱還出汗。

該酒店服務超級差，前台超級兇就跟欠他錢了一樣！！還有那個破地下停車場，掃八九次進不去，打前台電話也跟死了一樣沒人接。真是服了，酒店吹風機也是壞的，完全用不了。這酒店真真住不得住不得，體驗超級差！還不如小賓館了！！再都不會選擇！！！

環境不錯，停車場在樓下，一開始跑到地下停車場，找不到車位，上來才發現自己錯了。周邊還有威武比較火的燒烤店。
