Orange Hotel(Wuxi National iPark Branch )

The room facilities are very good, but the hotel front desk service is very average, not very enthusiastic, a bit cold. There were no signs in the hotel navigation, and the sign at the door was not lit, so it was impossible to find the place at night. The phone call during check-out was even more outrageous. The customer service staff couldn't understand anything I said. It was like an argument. This really lowered the minimum standard of Orange's service. I used to think that Orange's service was very good.

Hygiene, rooms are ok. I just didn't have breakfast. A standard room can only order a single meal, which cost an additional 49 yuan, and a breakfast. I went downstairs at around 8:10 (breakfast time is from 7 to 10), and found that there was no food left. Boiled eggs, bread, fruits, fried rice, fried noodles, fried vegetables, buns, porridge...all these basic things are gone. There was nothing to eat, not even any boiling water or chopsticks. Ask why there is no food? They actually said that the rooms were fully booked yesterday. I didn’t know so many people came to have breakfast. I have never come across such a hotel before.

房間挺大挺寬敞的，裝修風格簡約大氣，就是早餐感覺沒啥……送了兩杯咖啡，略微不足的是房間空調那邊的排風口有點縫隙露着影響體驗，馬桶一坐上去就沖水過於靈敏了有點，其他整體還行

衞生：非常不錯， 環境：很舒服， 服務：很到位，整體感覺良好，桔子酒店比預期更好。以後還會選擇這個酒店，裏面的桔子風格非常低到。

我感覺非常舒服和滿意。酒店位置優越，出行便利，附近有餐飲機會也非常豐富。特別是前台熱情周到的服務讓人心裏暖暖噠，房間整潔乾淨還給升級了落地大窗，已經期待下一次的入住
