Atour Hotel Wuxi Meiyuan Taihu

My stay at Atour truly exceeded expectations! The room facilities were incredibly thoughtful – smart toilet, high-definition projector, and super soft mattress and pillows; lying down instantly melted away my fatigue. Even the desk and chair were comfortable. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, offering everything from freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices to hot congee, pastries, and salads. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was fantastic, plus there were local specialty snacks. I felt energized all day after eating! The environment was simply beyond words. The lobby was quiet and elegant with a very soothing fragrance. The hallways and rooms were sparkling clean, with every detail meticulously cared for. The staff member, Hongdou, was also exceptionally gentle and attentive, always happy to help with any request. My stay was so comfortable! I'll definitely choose Atour again next time.

This was my first stay at an Atour hotel, and I was quite impressed. The hygiene was top-notch, and I also got to try out the gym and laundry room, both of which were excellent. Parking was super convenient for those driving, and the service was very attentive; any issues I had were addressed promptly. The hotel is brand new and not far from the attractions.

Our family trip during the Spring Festival was quite successful, and we managed to snag a good room rate for the last two days. It's relatively close to Yuantouzhu, and despite being a newly opened hotel, the facilities are quite good. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. Overall, we had no complaints.

The service was excellent; check-in and check-out were quick, and they proactively reminded us of any tasks that needed to be completed. The breakfast was plentiful, much better than some four-star hotels, and even at 9 am there was still plenty of food, with them visibly replenishing it promptly. Breakfast hours are convenient, 7:00-11:00 am, perfect for late sleepers. The room had basic amenities of good quality (cotton swabs included, but no makeup remover pads), soft and comfortable bedding, and a mattress with a good balance of firmness. Hot water was readily available. What I appreciated most was the abundance of towel racks. In short, frequent travelers are often disappointed by hotels that appear impressive on the outside but lack attention to detail. This hotel, though unassuming in appearance, thoughtfully considered several common traffic congestion points.

Located near the Yuantouzhu Scenic Area, this newly opened Atour Hotel (before the Taihu Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Complex opens) boasts a beautiful environment and welcoming staff. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit. Also: The private courtyard with its independent balcony has a lovely atmosphere.

I checked in at 4 PM and was warmly received at the front desk. It felt very comfortable, even better than home. The room was huge, the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in at Atour. The next day, the breakfast was very clean and looked delicious. The environment was great, very clean, and the food was great. Even after I checked out, the front desk continued to provide service, which made me feel a little bad. I will definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend this hotel.
