Prefect and excellent customer service from front desk Mr赵 and Ms 向, they provide extra extra originally service by helping us to call taxi and pay thru their personal app, of course we payback to him 😊
The whole hotel staff are superb and friendly to provide any help if needed. We will come back again if we got chance to visit Wuxi.
We feel warming with hotel service and fully recommended.

我是昨晚入住的八樓，結論就是體驗很差，跟隨便路邊那種100多塊錢一晚上的酒店區別不大。吐槽的點如下，供大家參考。槽點1:隔音非常差，晚上十一點還能聽到三樓KTV的鬼哭狼嚎，吵的人睡不着，樓下隨便有個車按一下喇叭都聽的很清楚，早上七點不到就被樓下各種聲音吵醒，然後受不了起來錄了一段視頻去退房了，圖片和視頻為窗户附近實拍，請大家自行判斷。槽點2:酒店所在的大樓二樓是足浴，三樓是KTV，酒店安排的房間是8樓，電梯不需要其他房卡可以直達8樓，2023年了，還有不需要刷房卡就能直達的酒店電梯，安全做的不到位。槽點3:我把錄的視頻給大堂經理看了，結果就是敷衍的説反饋一下，從早上7點多到晚上七點多，12個小時沒接到酒店任何道歉電話。

最近幾年在攜程住到過最“基礎”的酒店了，無錫跑馬比賽圖他離起跑點相對方便定的，本來對260的價位也沒報什麼期待，衹是賽前睡一覺。但實際的體驗如下:優點:房間比較大，房間裏還算乾淨。缺點:首先是價格，一個月前262定的，入住前一週看249，想想算了沒差多少，結果入住當天看232……已然退不了了。酒店本身就是2000年左右那種掛牌三星的風格，大堂昏暗，斑駁。衞生間沒有浴巾籃，床頭和房間裏沒有紙巾盒。
