It was already past midnight when I arrived at Wuxi Shuofang Airport. After getting off the plane, I quickly took a taxi to the hotel I booked. It was still a bit of a distance from the airport. But on the bright side, the room's hardware facilities were excellent, the decor was simple yet elegant, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Lying down, I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The soundproofing was superb, and I slept soundly all night. The room had a complete set of toiletries, hot water was readily available, and the air conditioning provided good heating. Even the charging outlets were thoughtfully designed to meet all electrical needs. The breakfast the next day was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, both Chinese and Western, and a spacious dining environment. The hotel grounds were lush with greenery and thriving plants; a morning stroll felt like being in a garden, with fresh air that uplifted my spirits. When checking out, the front desk staff even thoughtfully provided fruit and bottled water.

We stayed here during a business trip and had a very positive experience. The room was quiet and well-equipped with a good desk and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working very convenient. The staff were professional, check-in/out was quick, and the breakfast options were great for starting the day. I’ll definitely return for future trips.

This hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food. I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment. Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.
