Crowne Plaza WUXI TAIHU by IHG

Crowne Plaza Wuxi Taihu is in a fantastic location, very close to Taihu Lake and MixC Mall, making it convenient for both travel and shopping. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is warm and professional. A special shout-out to Caroline at the front desk for her exceptionally warm and friendly attitude, and the housekeeping was very responsive. The cleanliness was spot on. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi. Highly recommended!

I brought my child to stay here, and chose this Crowne Plaza because the beds are bigger and more comfortable than at the other one. The day before check-in, Ms. Li Yufei from the Executive Lounge gave me a welcome call. She asked about my check-in time and any room preferences. I mentioned it was my child's birthday, and Ms. Li Yufei first wished my child a happy early birthday, then said they would arrange a room upgrade and provide a birthday gift and cake. Upon checking in, I found the upgraded room facilities were quite good, and my child was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to screen mirror and was told by staff that we could switch rooms, but due to a sudden change in weather and our itinerary, we ended up checking out early. This was a great stay, and I'd like to thank the hotel staff, especially Ms. Li Yufei, for her excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, there's a supercharger right outside, which is convenient for charging and even better and cheaper than going to the Tesla supercharger in the mall. The dual-port charger in the middle has the highest power output.
