Ctrip 🍃 selected this hotel when traveling in Wuxi, and the stay experience 🏨 was very good. There is a parking lot on the first underground floor 🅿️, with charging piles, which is very convenient for slow charging, and the price is 1.20 yuan/kWh 🍃 (regardless of time period). After returning from the trip at night, I plugged in and charged back to the room, and it was fully charged in the morning, which was very convenient 👍🏻. When I checked in, the front desk lady 👩🏻 upgraded the apartment type to the store. The room was quiet, clean and hygienic. There were welcome fruits 🍎, and the breakfast variety on the first floor 🍚 was also very rich. The front desk lady Li Yun 👩🏻 was warm and friendly 👌🏻, and she could always solve any problem she had. I like it very much 👍🏻, and I will come again 🌹 to stay 😁

We've been regulars here since 2018, visiting once or twice every summer, and have truly grown fond of the place. We absolutely love the hotel's pool – the water is crystal clear, it's very spacious, and it's never too crowded. The staff also consistently provide excellent service. On this visit, we arrived quite early, and our assigned room wasn't ready, which meant waiting for about an hour. However, the front desk attendant was incredibly proactive, coordinating multiple times to resolve the situation. We were eventually moved to a different room and even received an upgrade, which truly demonstrated their exceptional service. I wish I could praise her specifically, but unfortunately, due to my myopia and astigmatism, I couldn't make out her name tag. The housekeeping staff also noticed we were a family of three and thoughtfully provided a complimentary children's amenity kit, which was a very nice touch. The only minor drawback was that the number of sofa seats in the ground-floor lobby seemed to have decreased compared to before, and the air conditioning felt a bit weak, making it quite warm while waiting there. 😂

The hotel is very close to Yuantouzhu Scenic Area, parking is very convenient, you can go anywhere by taking the subway at the door, and it is also very convenient to visit the scenic area. It is not far away. Watching the red-billed gulls in Yuantouzhu in winter is really healing. The sunset is also very beautiful. Although it is a bit cold, the scenery is really beautiful. It is worth it. It takes about half an hour to queue up for a boat, but it feels very interesting after getting close to the red-billed gulls. It is worth it! It is recommended to come in the off-season and stay at the Sheraton. It is convenient to go everywhere. The staff are very enthusiastic. The room arranged by Xiao Yu at the front desk is very good. You can also see Huishan opposite. It is clean and has no odor. Come with friends next time. Recommended! ! !

The service is very good. I came very early and just wanted to store my luggage. I checked in directly when there was a vacant room. The subway repair at the door started in the morning and lasted until about 10 o'clock. Noise-reducing earplugs were provided. The bathroom was unexpectedly large and there were disposable bath bags. The service is excellent. Everything is very good.

I really don't know how this four-diamond hotel got a rating... The room is very small. There is nothing in the extra bed in the photo, and there is no place for a bed. In other words, the room in the photo is larger than the actual room we stayed in. I feel cheated. The soundproofing of the room is not good to begin with, and the people staying there are all old men and women from the tour group. They chat with their doors open late at night and laugh loudly. All takeout can only be delivered to the lobby, and those who live in the back building can only get it in the lobby. The shower water is very difficult to adjust. If you put it in the middle and slightly to the left, it will be scalding, and if you put it in the right, it will be cold water. The waiter is good, and he can deliver whatever you want quickly, but the hardware is too poor. This hotel dares to charge more than 400 a night without breakfast. I am really a big victim. I will never book it again!

I expected so much more from a place calling itself the GRAND Hotel. This was not even average (at best). Check in was not very friendly. The room had many issues, for example half of the lights did not work, so the room was very dark the entire time I was there. The Wifi was really spotty and was difficult to sign into. The bed was okay, had a so so sleep. To be honest I have stayed in far better places in Wuxi for a way cheaper price, but I was tired and did not want to complain or change rooms/hotels. I will say that I was very disappointed for the price. I only chose this place because of the tub and pool. The tub was ok and to be honest after seeing the state of the room I did not even bother with the pool. I figured if the room was not that great then they probably don't clean the pool well. They had ads for in room massage but it was not available that day (then why advertise all over). The Air Con was a joke, it did not cool well at all. The TV was ancient and I had to mess with the batteries to even turn it on. Check out was not that polite either. A couple positives, the bellboy helped me leave with my bags, and I can say that the girls at the morning breakfast were very polite and kind...but this is not their fault, the food was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was decent and plentiful. Overall the rest of the staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience while being there. My advice is to check reviews and get a WAY better hotel for elsewhere for far less money. I will not be back to this old, shoddy, dodgy hotel.

The short-haired lady at the front desk has a very good service attitude. You can take bus 88 to Lingshan Giant Buddha. It is very close to Wanda Plaza, very convenient for eating, the room is very clean, and the room the lady introduced to me is not noisy, and the breakfast is also very rich.

The owners are incredibly welcoming, and they have a very friendly black dog you can play fetch with. The place was fully booked that day, but the owner still offered a complimentary upgrade to a private room. The overall environment is lovely, featuring a small garden where you can swing. The rooms are also very cozy, giving you the feeling of stepping back into a quaint small town from over a decade ago. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and washrooms left something to be desired, making it perhaps best suited for guests who aren't too particular about their hygiene facilities.
