房間乾淨衞生，設施簡單，不過性價比很高。房東服務極為熱誠，可説有求必應，細節不表，令人感動。據地鐵口走路大概7分鐘，很方便，公交站更是1分鐘距離，可讓外地遊客充分利用免費公車。

離火車站很近，也就五六分鐘的路，晚上的火車，到了不想趕車了，在這裏睡一覺很合適，房間很大，也很趕緊，就是空調不知道為什麼不太給力，明明在吹熱風，但還是感覺有點冷，其他都算不錯，這個價格很實惠了

離高鐵站很近，走路幾分鐘，旁邊吃東西的也很多，房間不是很大，唯一缺點沒有礦泉水，衹有自來水，其他還好。

超值的房，因為錯過最後一班武夷山北高鐵，臨時在高鐵附近找間民宿，以這個價格，還不錯，只是衛浴的清潔品太小包了，可以多些，這部份改進更好

服務優質，房間乾淨，去武夷山遊玩兩天，週五晚上到武夷山北站，因為景區還有不少路，天又落不小雨，還好預訂了這家靠近火車站 幾分鐘就到，價格親民的旅店給我安慰和温暖，非常感謝！老闆娘熱情好客，祝生意興隆
