Wunvzhou Resort Wuxian Caishen Island Light Luxury Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and it's very clean. Our stay was fantastic, and the front desk service was attentive! Thumbs up!

The reasons I didn't give this hotel a five-star review initially are as follows: Facilities: The facilities are very unfriendly to the elderly. Secondly, the front desk staff were extremely indifferent during check-in and check-out, especially in the morning when we asked for help with our luggage. The two elderly people couldn't carry it and asked for assistance with the stairs, but the front desk said they only had one person and couldn't help. The whole family had to pull the luggage down the stairs step by step by themselves. Also, it's a 100-meter walk from the hotel check-out area to the hotel's shuttle bus stop, and you have to cross a large stone bridge in between. Fortunately, a kind couple saw our situation and offered to help. I suggest that if you have luggage, mobility issues, or are pushing a stroller, you should carefully consider choosing this hotel. Since I booked this hotel last minute, I didn't read all the reviews from other previous guests, but I hope this provides an objective assessment for others currently choosing accommodation. This hotel is geared towards those without luggage, young couples, or those who regularly do strength training and fitness. Service: The NPCs and performers in the scenic area were very nice, but the hotel's self-service-like atmosphere due to staff shortages was discouraging. Environment: The curtain separating the bathroom and the room was broken and could only be drawn to one-fifth of its original position.

The shuttle service to the scenic area was convenient and timely, and the room was well-appointed. It's close to the attractions, and while it can be a bit noisy during events, it still feels like a local. Restaurants are all around, making dining very convenient. It's convenient and reassuring for a family to share a room.
