五指山性價比較高的酒店，位置優越，酒店停車場停車位充足，可以停在綠茵下。酒店身後緊鄰怡景路美食街和逸清路美食街，晚上很熱鬧。

酒店位置不錯就在三月三大道上，停車方便，免費的停車位，房間很大，兩室一廳的格局有70-80平，衞生可以接受，衹是設施老舊一些，洗手盆裂的，反正可以用。總體來説這個價格還是很值的。

優點：房間設施比較老舊但是屋內也很乾凈，廁所淋浴和馬桶在一起洗手池在外面，很方便的設計。有免費停車場，晚一點可能會沒有停車位。周邊吃飯很方便，有很多特色小餐館供選擇。
缺點：但是樓下小廣場有跳廣場舞的還有唱歌的，尤其是晚上非常非常吵，晚上要到9點半左右結束早晨9點多又開始吵鬧，帶長者和孩子的儘量不住這裏非常耽誤休息。酒店也儘量向有關部門反饋一下，治理一下週圍環境。

非常滿意非常舒適，真的捨不得離開！這麼好的地方，這麼好的酒店，寬敞的客廳，古樸自然的藤編傢俱，居然不足兩百元！相比前幾天在三亞的兩百多的賓館，簡直天壤之別！

可以，房間非常寬敞，被褥乾淨，服務員服務周到，待人親切。能自己做飯。10多年的老店了，設施略微陳舊些，但説的過去。出遊方便，周圍有老北京炭火鍋，美食城。

房間還是不錯的，衹是五指山這，早晚温差很大，晚間冷得不得了。房間空調沒有暖氣，晚上睡覺時的，蓋的被子依然是夏天時的薄被。要求前台幫忙加床被子時，前台服務員的態度非常惡劣，愛理不理，手中在忙着自己的事，眼皮子都不抬的説，樓層服務員下班了，沒辦法了。當時確實是凌晨0點多，但這前台服務員這麼差的服務態度，委實令人生氣。我回到五指山時都會選擇這酒店，已經是十一個年頭了，這次的入住是最差的一次！倘若服務設施及服務態度再不改進，我再也不會選擇這家酒店了！！
