強烈推薦這家寶藏酒店！地理位置絕佳，步行5分鐘就能到地大型商場，周邊美食、購物一應俱全。房間裝修簡約大氣，空間寬敞明亮，尤其是超大的房間，將城市美景盡收眼底。最讓我感動的是服務，工作人員全程笑臉相迎，得知我是來旅遊，還耐心推薦了本地人常去的景點和美食。早餐種類豐富，現做的煎蛋和梧州河粉超好吃！下次來還會選擇這裏，性價比超高！

出外選擇酒店，一直本承寧可訂貴也絕不將就的原則，沒想到，僅僅因為在該酒店中餐廳宴請訂包廂，而隨手選定的酒店客房竟然如此性價比奇高。
由於宴請需要，在附近難以找到適合16人用餐的包廂，經過當地人推薦，凱華大酒店中餐廳有合適我要求的商務宴請包廂，而且最重要的是菜品都是現做，並且沒有預製菜，想着宴請需要喝酒，酒後也需要客房就近休息，實地順帶看了看客房，沒想到啊，酒店客房寬敞嶄新明亮不説，乾爽乾淨整潔程度出乎意料，更意想不到的是，客房裡還提供有一盒印有酒店logo的火柴！！！火柴呀！這東西不是已經進博物館了嗎？我多嘴問了下服務員：你們酒店還給客人備有火柴？服務員俏皮的回我：這是為您孤單的旅途多增添一絲温暖呀！這回答簡直是細節中的神來之筆，簡潔中又帶有商務的裝修風格，凸現時尚又不失特色。而洗漱衞生間實行乾濕分離，一次性拖鞋和洗浴拖鞋同時備有，洗漱間裏竟然還掛有框畫，是想讓我蹲個馬桶都覺得心情舒暢嗎？！因為是定了兩晚客房，客房服務竟是按五星酒店標準執行一日一整一潔一換，摸着嶄新鬆軟厚實的四巾（手巾、臉巾、浴巾、防滑巾）讓我內心大呼，這次兩百一天不到的房費真是血賺了

過年出遊，自然找大一些的酒店，卻遭遇失望。停車場飽滿，咱認了，過年嘛。晚9點入住房間，兩瓶水被打開喝了小半瓶，一次性馬桶套也被使用了，電話告知總枱，希望改正並送一床被子。沒動靜，下樓又跟前台交待了第二遍。等11點吃好飯回來，酒店竟然沒有動作。再跑了趟前台，盯着才把物品送進房間。
再説房間設施，淋浴房發黴，淋浴房玻璃的水垢厚，花灑卡頭也是壞的，洗手盆下水漏水，衞生間地上一大灘水。
這2021年裝修的酒店，除了布草較新，而設施卻破敗如此，可見酒店管理水平低下，日常維護差，人員服務意識和能力都跟不上，前台貌似高級管理人員翻着白眼，唉😮💨更別説房間內處處都掛着付費物品，估計靠這些個伎倆賺錢吶。
今時今日 這樣的服務是不行的 會被淘汰的！
