服務態度可以，接待還OK，預訂的豪華房，安排的標間，理由是過年預訂爆滿，再者前台一直強調説是安排的衹是小一點的豪華大房，這個不做解釋，房間大小住過的顧客基本都有自己的標準，解釋是需要更多的理由來搪塞。訂滿了可以給顧客合理解釋退還差價即可
