Very nice hotel to stay in seminyak. Perfect location, perfect service and staff. The room is spacious and quite clean. The mattress is perfection so you will défini have a deep sleep. Amazing roof top pool with the restaurant next to it. Very nice place to enjoy your breakfast in the morning which is quite tasty with a great selection. You also have a gym if you like exercising with a lot equipments. I will recommend without hesitation.

The facilities and service were really excellent. The choice of pools meant ability to find a quiet place to chill if desired and the personalised service was great. The staff knew which coffee and omelette I liked by the second day and were constantly offering more. Breakfast mimosas and the lovely room were a bonus. For me, the location would be a bit isolated if we stayed any more than the 3 days (need a 20+ minute taxi to get to most restaurants), but for such a short trip u was pretty content to mostly stay put!

Amazing view and great staff. 
Good was excellent. For breakfast you can order a main course in addition to the buffet. Would have loved more variety but what was provided was excellent in taste. They provide a mix of western breakfast along with Asian.

The bar was a little underwhelming but the view was great. The location of the resort is a bit away from the ubud centre but if you enjoy the calm and the quietness, it’s perfect. You can rent a bike from the front desk.

pool is great and so is the view from the pool. Didn’t use the gym and spa but they looked pretty good.

Would love to high the amazing staff. They went above and beyond

We had a great stay at the villa. The staff are very welcoming, the villa looks clean and great. We asked the staff and it turns out they had a renovation during the pandemic.
Overall it was a great find.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is remodeling happening at this time. The room was adequate however lots of dust above TV. And the wallpaper was peeling on the facade around the TV. My room faces a main road which meant lots of street noise 24/7. The rooftop pool was well kept. The exercise equipment was less than usable. The tread mill was so sticky I did not want to touch it. The two nights I booked were enough to confirm a ”not again” rating. Unfortunately some thing glitches during an attempt to book an alternate location. The rooms are non refundable. So I am stuck spending more time in a noisy and non-ideal room. But I guess the volume goes up on the TV to drown out the constant noise along with the mice chewing on things in the roof and the wall. Awesome!

This hotel is extremely convient. Located right next to a sky train station, opposite to 2 big shopping malls (Seacon Square and paradise park) you will not need to worry about getting to restaurants and shops. There’s also a night market opposite to the hotel. 
The only con was that the hotel was a bit old. Some switches or appliances provided by the hotel doesn’t work anymore. Other than that, great value and great location!

The hotel is located at the nice area, peaceful part of Pattaya and on the hill of Pratamnak. It has everything you need in the area for both local and foreign tourists. Hotel staffs are super kind and helpful. Facilities are superb. Do not miss the spa like I did. Make sure the reservation is made in advance.
