I booked this hotel for a friend, and they were absolutely delighted, couldn't stop raving about it. They even asked me to book it for them again on their next visit. The location is superb, with all kinds of dining, shopping, and entertainment options right nearby. The hotel rooms were well-equipped and spotlessly clean. A particular shout-out to a female staff member at the front desk (who my friend believes might be the manager) for her outstanding service. Due to a heavy downpour, my friend couldn't get back to the hotel in time for checkout, but the hotel graciously waived the late checkout fee.

This hotel is excellent! It is conveniently near the subway, the rooms are  clean and comfortable, and they have a robot for your food delivery and a smart water dispenser that heats up your water so fast. Xiao Yang and Xiao Zhong are attentive and helpful, they were so kind to so us. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. If you are ever in Guangzhou, try this hotel you won’t regret it.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a short walk to the trendy Dongshankou area, offering super convenient access to dining, shopping, and the subway. The room itself was good – clean and fresh – and the shower pressure was fantastic. A minor drawback was that the TV couldn't access Guangdong channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I especially enjoyed the delicious lemon tea at the front desk. What truly won me over was the hotel's free underground parking! It offered direct elevator access, plenty of spacious spots, and even had staff to guide cars and assist with the elevator. I'll definitely stay here again and will be sure to upload photos on my next visit!

The service was fantastic, and I really appreciated the buffet breakfast and laundry facilities – they made everything so convenient. Both the bed and sofa were exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The ambiance was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place, especially with the added bonus of convenient transportation nearby.

The original accommodation was unfortunately marred by an unpleasant odour. The staff changed a new room for us. The newly assigned room is clean, well-maintained, and comfortably appointed. The large television rendering it particularly suitable for enjoying a film in the evening (paid membership is required). The hotel is conveniently situated, ten-minute stroll from the nearest Nauzhou station, ensuring ease of access for those navigating the city. 
It's merely five stations from Guangzhou South Station.
Key highlight: laundry service
However, there's lack of entertainment facilities around at night. Better enjoy the movie in the evening.

The hotel’s name contains “Guangzhou East Station”, but in fact it is only about a 15-minute taxi ride away from Guangzhou East Station; the name may be confusing. The room facilities are good, and features such as smart lighting and curtains are very convenient. I was a little surprised that although it is a four-star hotel, there is no refrigerator in the room; and the walls in the room are not well maintained.

The front desk service is good, and the room was upgraded for free.
The room is clean and spacious.
I went to Chimelong Safari Park and compared several nearby hotels. This one has the best value for money and is high-end enough.

The room is quiet, the hygiene is good, there is free breakfast and shuttle bus (you can ask Service center at the airport, 4th floor near E check-in desk), so I recommend to stay here.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Beijing! We arrived at X-Inn around 10 AM, having just left another hotel where we'd had a truly unpleasant experience. Before I even had a chance to speak, the wonderful lady at the front desk, seeing there were four of us checking in, immediately upgraded our room and allowed us immediate access. This thoughtful gesture was incredibly welcoming. Our room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean – we were extremely satisfied. Throughout our three-day stay, the front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful with every request, truly making our stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant!

The smart guest room control system is super thoughtful, and the mini-fridge is a nice bonus! The cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities all exceeded my expectations. The location in Liangxiang University Town is convenient, perfect for both business trips and leisure. Perfect details, I'll definitely come back next time!

The overall cost performance is very high and it is worth experiencing. The room is relatively spacious, the WiFi is good, and the hot water is stable. There is also music in the bathroom, which is a very detailed detail. You have to swipe your card to enter the door, which makes you feel safer.

I brought my family to Beijing for medical trea**ent. The hotel service was very good, with free upgrades and breakfast coupons. I was very touched and especially thanked Yafei. Next time I come to Beijing, I will choose this hotel again. I recommend it to everyone.

Pros
1).  Chosen this hotel because of its location which is very good.  It is only few steps away from Central Street.
2).  The staff (all the ladies) from the breakfast restaurant were super nice and friendly.  The house keeping ladies were kind and helpful as well.  Kudos to every one of them!
Cons
1).  No one speaks English at the front desk.
**2).  Horrible horrible front desk customer service!  I am a frequently traveller and I have never experienced such a poor customer service, the hotel really needs to give better training to the people at the front desk (those who work during the day shift), especially the lady in short hair with a very arrogant and bad attitude.  I was politely asking one of the ladies behind the counter about the directions to a shop, she was not sure, and she asked her colleague (which was the short hair lady) to assist me.  To my surprise, this unfriendly short hair lady just rolled her eyes to her colleague and rudely told me to check for ”navigation” myself (I think that was what she meant, as my Mandarin is not that good).  Later she impatiently just brushed off the other questions that I tried to ask her, and before I even finished my sentence, she just abruptly turned around and walked away!!!  HOW RUDE !!! I think I was not even given a respect as a human being!!!  I was so stunned and speechless!!!  Her colleague standing next to her witness what happened but did not say anything or offered to help!  Let me tell you what other hotels will do when guests ask for directions- they would kindly check online and provide the directions, or they would even print out the directions for guests (all with a SMILE!).  The lady in short hair, you are working in a hotel which is a service industry!!!  I will not stay or recommend this hotel based upon this unpleasant experience.
P.S. I stayed in the Mercure Harbin Sophia Church after and had a great experience.  All the ladies at the front desk always greet guests with a smile, always friendly and willing to help.   I am not sure if this is because Mecure is an international brand which the training for customer service is different from local brands?

Consistently excellent! I've chosen Xana hotels for my recent trips, and they never disappoint. This particular branch was especially impressive. The subway station is just 50 meters from the hotel entrance, offering incredible convenience for visiting attractions and the train station. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the comfortable bedding ensured a very restful sleep. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary Yibao bottled water and candies placed by the elevators for guests to easily grab. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming. A kind lady there, noticing we had a child, immediately gave us a complimentary room upgrade! 👍

The overall environment is good. The waiter had no expression when checking in. Maybe he was in a bad mood... The elevator was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. When I entered the room, I felt amazing, like I was in Russia next door. It was quite a feel. However, the bathroom light was too sensitive. When I lay on the bed to sleep at night, the light was turned off. As long as you turned around and made a little movement, the light would naturally light up. It took a long time to wait and it didn't go out. In addition, the bathroom floor drain was blocked, the shower head was loose and easy to fall off, and the sound insulation was not very good. There was a threshold stone and metal door frame near the elevator entrance. When the robot wheels passed by, there was a banging sound, which was particularly loud. It was mainly in the dead of night. The smart system was not sensitive either. It felt like I was there but it was not there when I interacted. If I didn't listen carefully, I wouldn't know it existed at all. There was also an even more bizarre thing that happened to Southern Potato. I took a taxi to this Xi'an Hotel, but I went to the wrong place. I couldn't find the information when I checked in at the front desk. Later, I realized that there was an English word called high-end hotel behind Xi'an, Xi'an DELUXE! It seems that high-end must be added with foreign languages, that's what is called high-end. I really am like a potato turning into gold beans in the city!
