Honest review. Sweet landlord who was accommodative to us on arrival via mobile phone. We are foreigners thus was not familiar with WeChat use/option. We were given the pin to door access. And to transfer a deposit. The issue was the building's surroundings. It was dark, low light and run down. The home is old. There were several stains on the walls and in the toilet. The bed was made of wood but comfortable. Appreciate the clean bedsheets for both beds. We appreciate the use of the projector and online movie accounts as well as the washing machine. There is no dryer option though. The landlord could consider cleaning the toilet well.

The location is really good, in the city center, very close to the Muslim District and many attractions, and only a five-minute walk to the subway station, which makes travel really convenient! The landlord is also very nice and enthusiastic. He has been helping me collect packages and delivering them to the B&B. He also reminded me of the weather and precautions. Thank you very much! The room has all the basic facilities, including a water heater, washing machine, small refrigerator and kettle. The hygiene level is acceptable. After all, we don't stay in the B&B all day when we travel, so it doesn't have much impact. The room is large, and there is still a lot of space to move around after putting 3 large suitcases. I will recommend it to my friends!
