Delta Hotels by Marriott Xi’an

This hotel felt completely unprepared for the Spring Festival travel rush. Given it's a Marriott property, I didn't expect much, but it was still disappointing 😮💨. It's been around 28°C in Xi'an during the day these past few days, and the room was even stuffier. They didn't even have air conditioning 😱, so my back and hair were soaking wet when I slept at night! Also, the toilet in the room wouldn't flush properly. When I asked the cleaning lady, she just said, 'That's just how this toilet is!' The hotel breakfast was the same for all four mornings I stayed there, with no variety. They started clearing up half an hour before closing, and the juice ran out very early and wasn't refilled! Every time I went for handmade noodles, they'd tell me to wait 5 minutes, but when I came back after 5 minutes, they usually hadn't even started mine! They don't give you a number or keep track of orders, so there's no sense of priority or who ordered what! Sigh, I don't recommend it.

I hadn't stayed at a Delta hotel before this trip to Xi'an. I saw a special package deal on Trip.com for just over 800 RMB for two days, including breakfast, so I booked it. I didn't realize the soundproofing in the room was poor, and they put me right next to the elevator. Every morning I was woken up between 7 and 8. The hotel's hygiene and service were decent, and the breakfast was quite good and varied. I still prefer the old R&F Hilton; it's about the same price but much quieter, better suited for older people on vacation.

The facilities are very new and excellent. The cleanliness is great, very hygienic. The environment is super comfortable. The service is prompt and responsive whenever you need anything. Breakfast was also good, though the location is a bit far from the city center and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City.

The suite was very spacious, and the breakfast was quite substantial. It's only a 5-minute walk to the subway, so everything was very convenient.

The hotel's location is quite convenient for getting around, and prices in Xi'an are really affordable – it's great! The room even has two large bathtubs, and there's a robot delivery service for food, which is perfect for lazy travelers, haha.

The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The location is really convenient – turn right out of the hotel and it's a three-minute walk to the subway station. It's super easy to get to the Bell Tower and SEG International Shopping Center in Xiaozhai. Plus, Impressions City is just across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants, fruit stalls, and small supermarkets nearby. I'll definitely be back!

The location is great, right near Longshouyuan subway station. It's a lively area with a night market and lots of food options, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel service was quite good, and all the staff were very welcoming. Overall, it's a nice place.
