The hotel is very near to mom park, X’ian jiaotong university, first affiliated hospitals. It is in the centre. Over all service was good. However sound proofing needs more work there was a club next door making sleeping very difficult so they changed my room for me and than it was fine. The staff don’t speak English but they used translation so it was okay. There are washing machines too. The hotel is good and modern

The room size is okay, the facilities are relatively new, and the front desk service is efficient and dedicated. The location of the hotel is very good. Although the hotel is not big and the lobby is small, it is good for sleeping. There are self-service laundry facilities. It's just that the dental equipment is a little bit worse, but it's a common problem in many similar hotels. I hope I can replace it with a better toothbrush so that I can use it for a few days.

I stayed for two nights. In the three-bed room on the first night, there was no water in the bathroom. There was no way to take a shower. I asked the front desk to find someone to fix it. After more than an hour of searching, no one was found. In the parent-child room on the second night, there was a lot of noise next door. After calling the front desk for nearly an hour, there was no solution. I went down to ask the front desk and found out that the front desk came to listen and said "no sound", so I thought the problem was solved. , and kept making excuses saying that he was too busy and had no time to solve it. I would like to ask, what is the so-called "very busy" at the front desk busy at 11:30 in the evening? Besides check-in, isn’t it room service? Then why can't you even do something as small as knocking on the door next door? The pillowcase in the room was not clean either. There was an unknown red liquid on it. I had to ask the cleaning staff to replace it with a new one.

The hotel is facing the street and the floors are not high. There were a few days when people arguing on the street outside could be clearly heard. One night the hotel had a power outage from 11 o'clock to 3 o'clock. Other hygiene and bedding are good

這次入住體驗超棒！交通太便利了，離地鐵口就幾分鐘路程，去大雁塔、大唐不夜城、歷史博物館、小寨這些地方都很方便，而且離交大一附院很近呢，附近還有大型商場，出行購物遊玩都不愁。 衞生方面也做得相當好，房間乾淨整潔，住着很舒心。服務更是沒得説，工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。 最讓我驚喜的是智能客控，開窗簾、電視、燈光，特別方便。還有免費自助洗衣房，真的太貼心啦！總之，強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來還住這兒！
