The hotel offered very good services and they put a lot of effort in creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere in the room and in the common places too. Breakfast had enough variety and was good to start the day.

The location is very convenient for tourists. Room is clean and comfortable, all the basics are provided. The staff are very nice and accomodating even the ones that are not so good with English, always communicate nicely and try their best to understand and help you.

Bed was the most comfortable I slept on during my whole trip! 10/10. Room was good enough and it was quiet (on 15th floor). Great facilities with friendly and welcoming staff.

Very modern and sleek hotel with a spacious room (queen bed room). Super convenient location and deliveries come to your door. The staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Despite the conditions of the facility which is not in top shape, I would consider staying in this hotel again nextime around. The only reason for this is due to outstanding services provided by the receptionists, and especially a young female receptionist who was on duty early in that morning(11/3). My Alipay and WeChat pay accounts were suspended for no reason, and because of that I couldn't call/reserve a taxicab on my own. I really appreciated her help getting a taxicab for me.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Everything in the room is new and very high tech. Room controls is via the tablet. Projector is used as TV. Room is very huge. Location is very central and near many tourist attractions. Certainly value for money. Highly recommended!

Good services n location. But there are some area need to be improved including no wheelchair access at main entrance , and unpleasant smell in the room during our 2 night stay.
