Our stay was incredibly pleasant, definitely a five-star experience. The hotel is conveniently located on Xiangmiyuan West Lane, nestled between the Yuxiangmen and Andingmen city walls. It's a quick five-minute walk to Yuxiangmen, making it super easy to access the city walls. A ten-minute walk takes you to Sajinqiao, offering a fantastic experience for food and exploration. The second floor has a public laundry room fully equipped with a dryer and garment steamer. If you're out exploring all day and don't have time to do your laundry, the front desk staff are happy to help with washing and drying. The front desk staff are very friendly and even assist with receiving packages. If you have leftover food from your outings, you can store it in the front desk's refrigerator, and they can even help heat it up for you. Guests traveling by car get free parking, and some spots even have slow chargers. The cleaning staff come daily, keeping the room tidy and bright. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable – perfect for resting and recuperating after a long day of sightseeing. I really can't find any faults. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Sajinqiao is also within walking distance, offering all kinds of authentic local food, and taking the subway to various attractions is super convenient. The room was spotless with no strange odors, spacious, and featured a wet-and-dry separated bathroom with a steady and ample supply of hot water. The bedding was skin-friendly and soft, ensuring a great night's sleep for the whole family. The hotel's amenities are very thoughtful; the self-service laundry room with dryers made dealing with a child's laundry effortless. There was also a plaster doll DIY activity, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Check-in was efficient, the front desk proactively offered sightseeing tips and welcome fruits, and upon check-out, they even gave us a special shadow puppet souvenir. The hotel environment is quiet; once you close the door, the hustle and bustle of the streets outside are completely shut out. There is a free parking lot, so driving here means no stress over finding a parking space. Overall, it offers great value for money, detailed and attentive service, complete hardware facilities, and is ideal for family trips. I sincerely recommend it to family travelers visiting Xi'an.

There's also an intelligent delivery robot in the lobby, so takeaways and items can be delivered directly to your room door, making the entire experience thoughtful and hassle-free. The staff were polite and always promptly helped with any requests after communication. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.
