An absolutely wonderful hotel! The environment is spotless and very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall decor of the hotel is elegant and grand. They have a beautiful dining area in their restaurant and a fantastic terrace sofa area in the common spaces. I accidentally left something behind, and the customer service proactively contacted me to help mail it back. Their service attitude was absolutely superb! I'm so grateful! A super five-star rating!!

This hotel is located right by the city wall, a bit far from the subway station, but it's very convenient to get to places like the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter – a ten-minute taxi ride will get you there. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for two people, and the decor was much more refined and comfortable than a typical business hotel. The room was very clean, and there was absolutely no strange smell when we opened the door. If friends come to Xi'an, I would highly recommend this hotel!
