The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Tang Paradise and close to the Tang Dynasty City. The service attitude is very good. The hotel housekeeper Zhao Guoning also enthusiastically introduced us to nearby food and attractions. The room was very comfortable and they also gave us fruit when we checked in.

The hotel's geographical advantage is that it is near the subway station and at the entrance of Tang Furong Garden. Its appearance and lobby are stylish and suitable for high-end business receptions... However, the advantages stop there. I specially arranged this hotel in the itinerary out of my feelings for the listed star-rated hotels, thinking that all the experiences would be better. However, after actual experience, the room facilities and decoration of this slightly older high-star hotel are no longer as good as those in the off-season 300- It is a new business hotel with a price of over 500 yuan. The carpet in the room is dirty and old, the bedding is not clean enough, there are many water stains that have not been wiped, there is no smart toilet, etc., and the sliding door is not smooth, although the switch panel and curtains show that the hotel is working hard to update it. Room facilities, but the overall visual effect is still old. Fortunately, the room service response was positive. The male staff with glasses at the front desk who checked in was enthusiastic and positive. The tall, handsome and polite concierge guy at the door helped deliver takeaways. The beautiful customer service member Jing Yuena also promptly delivered heart-warming desserts to my mother when she was feeling unwell. It was very nice. The original dissatisfaction with health issues has been greatly weakened.

The location of the hotel is great. There is a subway station across the road and it is very convenient to go everywhere. The room is also very big. There are also welcome fruits and snacks. Everything in the room is free. The services are very good, especially at the front desk. Miss Darui introduced many surrounding attractions and delicious places. I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an.
