It was a great experience. A great place for foreigners to stay - in fact, the most guests were Europeans. Breakfast was half European, half Chinese. Staff spoke English, everybody was really nice.

Staff were very helpful, we needed to get a taxi early in the morning and they arranged that for us! Could not have asked for a better location!

Very comfortable stay. Located near many attractions and inside a quiet neighbourhood. The room is spacious and amenities are true as advertised. Hotel service personnel are very helpful and welcoming. Near gu lou

We had a perfect stay at Campanile. Everything was excellent, very high standards of cleanliness and service. The shower's glass doors were always immaculate. Cleaning was done every day. Good products ñ, soft towels and linen. The hotel has a self laundry service which worked perfectly and left our clothes very nice. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding more fresh fruits.

By far one of the most exquisite and outstanding hotels I have ever been to and have stayed in. Upon each arrival let it be on the first day or the last the hoteliers will always greet you very warmly with smiles on their faces. The hoteliers are very attentive to all our needs from getting towels to even getting us bottles of water. The hotel environment is very clean and cozy from the front desk to the rooms. The moment you enter the hotel you will feel a feeling of home and makes you want to stay there more often. The rooms are very nice and clean especially with the toilets which provide very comfortable towels and a non slippery mat which is very considerate for older guests. Overall the hotel was everything we expected and even more. But there is one downside which is their dryer which needs an upgrade as it did not fully dry our clothes when used. Definitely would come back here if given the chance to.

Our stay went very well, the facilities were clean and the staff very helpful. We liked the variety of options proposed for breakfast as it had both continental and Chinese choices. There were even with some little variations everyday so we could try different things. The free laundry is open 24/7 which was a saver for us as we had to use it late at night. The tours proposed at the reception were nice and we were glad the staff could help us to book them. Overall a very good experience!

I really appreciate and enjoy my stay. The rooms value for money and clean. The staffs are friendly and caring. They helped me contacted the airline when my luggage was delayed and received my Taobao parcels The hotel is 5-7 mins walk from the bell tower and Kaiyuan shopping mall. There are some night market and food stalls that opened late at night. I also appreciate a washer/dryer room that’s free for guests to use. I would come back again. Thank you!

Really great location for proximity to city centres and the market, though can be a bit hard for taxis to get down the road and pull up! Reception staff spoke English, and the room was a decent size and clean. Would recommend to any tourists staying in Xi'an on a budget!
